8. No TA. /DA will be given to the candidates called for test/ interview. 9. General age relaxation of maximum five (5) years in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab, S&GAD circular letter No. SOR-l (S&GAD) 9-36/8 1 dated 04-11-2006. 10. Only short listed candidates will be called for test/ interview. 11. Already in service applicants should apply through proper channel and submit No objection certificate (NOC) issued by the appointing authority, showing that the department will have no objection to relieve, if the applicant is selected. 12. Candidates having foreign degree, will have to submit the equivalence certificate issued from HEC, Islamabad. 13. The University reserves the rights to increase/ decrease the number of advertised posts or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason. 14. Candidates are required to pay Application Processing Fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 3000/- for the posts from Sr. No.1 to 6, Rs. 1000/- for Sr. No.7 & Rs. 500/- for Sr. No.8-9 separately for each post before or on the closing date only through “Habib Bank Limited or UBL Challan Form” (automatically generated after successfully submission of online application). Applications without processing fee and processing fee submitted through Postal Order/ Bank Draft will not be considered/ accepted in any case.
15. Candidates, who want to apply for more than one post, must apply separately and pay separate fee for each post. 16. Govt. Quotas will be observed as per policy. 17. Candidates for the post are required to submit one hard copy (duly signed) of On-line Application Form along with attested copies of degrees / certificates / testimonials / photograph (1×1) not later than 04:00 P.M. 26.08.2024 in the office of Dy. Registrar Admin-II, University of the Punjab (Quaid-e-Azam Campus) Lahore, (only through Post/Courier Services.) No extra time will be allowed for postal transit etc.
